What does “include the start date” mean?
Counting from January 1 to January 3 gives 2 days if you take the difference of the dates, and 3 days if you count both ends. Use the option when you count both ends, for example the number of days of a trip.
What is one month after January 31?
When the next month has no 31st, the date is moved to the last day of that month: February 28 (or 29 in a leap year).
Are public holidays excluded from weekdays?
No. The weekday count only excludes Saturdays and Sundays, because public holidays differ by country.
